• Added a ‘Back to top’ link on all content and listing pages except individual Changelog entries (like this one!) and the Archive listing page.
• Fixed a broken link and and an incorrect link.
• Changed blockquote within posts to use markdown formatting and removed the addPairedShortcode I was previously using.
• Added information about not tracking visitors and not using cookies in the Colophon.
